Community sits at the centre of my approach to social storytelling.
I’m interested in how content and online platforms can be used to support conversation, access and shared cultural memory . This work often happens quietly, over time, through care, consistency and responsiveness.
For me, community work includes how audiences are welcomed, listened to and held — whether that’s through ongoing account management, event-based engagement, workshops, or writing that invites participation.
Writing for social platforms, newsletters and digital spaces as a form of cultural documentation — helping organisations articulate their work clearly and invite audiences into longer conversations.
Designing and supporting workshops or sessions around storytelling, social media and digital presence — particularly for artists, makers or creative teams navigating online platforms with limited resources.
Ongoing management of social channels with a focus on tone, continuity and audience care. This includes scheduling, moderation, responding to messages, and maintaining a consistent editorial voice aligned with the organisation’s values.
Supporting events through live content, documentation and on-the-ground engagement — from talks and screenings to workshops and community programmes. This often includes capturing content while also facilitating conversation and access in real time.
